Service Unit Troop Secured Booths

In an effort to streamline the process for Troop Secured Booths in Beavercreek, the Beavercreek North and Beavercreek South Service Units are working together to secure popular booth locations throughout Beavercreek.

If your troop is interested in having a booth at one of the locations managed by the Beavercreek Service Units, you will need to sign up for the booth via the links, below.

Reminder: These booths are to be treated as troop-secured locations and must be entered into eBudde by the cookie manager. Refer to page 16 of the cookie manual for how to enter a troop-secured booth into eBudde.

Service Unit Booth Sign-Up Schedule

In order to make it fair for all troops in both service units, the sign-up schedule is as follows:

7:00 PM

FRIDAY, JANUARY 14

Troops may sign up for a total of up to (2) booth slots. (These must be 2 different locations.)

7:00 PM

TUESDAY, JANUARY 18

Troops may sign up for a total of up to (2) booth slots. (These must be 2 different locations but can be the same as your previous sign-up.)

7:00 PM

FRIDAY, JANUARY 21

Troops may sign up for a total of up to (2) booth slots. (These must be 2 different locations but can be the same as your previous sign-up.)

7:00 PM

TUESDAY, JANUARY 24

Troops may sign up for unlimited booths

For any Troop Secured Booths that are not being managed by the Beavercreek Service Units, please follow the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio guidelines for getting Council approval for booths.
