About Us
Beavercreek North Service Unit 380, Girl Scouts of Western Ohio
Girl Scouts is a strong program within Beavercreek, Ohio. Scouting is so popular in our community, troops are guided by two different Service Units – Beavercreek North and Beavercreek South.
Beavercreek North Service Unit is supported by the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio Council. Our Service Unit provides support and advice to troop leaders with the unit. There are over 50 troops in our Service Unit, with nearly 600 girls and 300 adults registered.
Beavercreek North Service Unit primarily serves troops from the following schools:
- Beavercreek High School (shared with Beavercreek South)
- Ferguson Hall (shared with Beavercreek South)
- Coy Middle School
- Trebein Elementary
- Main Elementary
- Parkwood Elementary
- Shaw Elementary
- St. Luke Catholic School.
Service Unit Community Events
The Beavercreek North Service Unit hosts many event throughout the Girl Scout season. Scout-only events are communicated through the Service Unit. Here are a few events that are open to the community:
Saturdays in August
Angel’s Pass Park
Movie Night at the Park
An event started in 2020, join Girl Scouts and their families at Angel’s Pass to watch a movie in the park with popcorn! Bring a chair or blanket to sit on and enjoy a fun evening under the stars. Join us on various Saturdays in August, at Angel’s Pass Park.

Trunk or Treat & Juliette Gordon Low’s Birthday Party
Join the Girl Scouts as we celebrate the birth of Juliette Gordon Low, the founder of Girl Scouts. After a ceremony around the Angel’s Pass Memorial, you can enjoy different games and crafts that teach about some of Juliette’s favorite things. Go Trunk or Treating through the parking lot, enjoying the different themed trunks put together by Beavercreek North Girl Scout troops! Join us in late October, at Angel’s Pass Park.
Mid-December

HolidayFest
HolidayFest is a fun nighttime event to celebrate the holiday season. Started as a Gold Award project, this festive event has caroling, a tree lighting, fun crafts and games, a fire pit for cooking hotdogs and roasting marshmallows, and a hayride. There may even be a visitor from the North Pole! Join us in mid-December, at Angel’s Pass Park.
